Our company's latest development of a new type of single screw press is matched with stainless steel conical hole mesh plate. The mesh plate of the old type screw press is composed of upper and lower parts, and the stainless steel screen plate is fixed on the reinforced mesh plate with rivet. Because the stainless steel screen plate is easy to damage, and the frequency of replacement is high, so we replace the old press screen plate with stainless steel conical hole mesh plate. The mesh plate adopts single-layer screen plate and the hole on the screen plate is a cone hole structure, which is more conducive to the discharge of free liquid from the hole. It not only reduces the complex manufacturing process caused by the combination type of inner and outer screen, but also reduces the probability of material blocking.
